GREENVIEW provides innovative solutions to energy management challenges by combining our experience with new energy technologies, to help you optimize energy usage, provides energy modeling, performance indexing, benchmarking and energy engineering and auditing capabilities.

Commissioning

GREENVIEW Commissioning Services is a worldwide provider of quality assurance services for Facilities looking to save energy costs. A quality assurance process, commissioning ensures your building systems are working as designed. With our unique combination of industry field and design experience, we provide complete testing and verification services. We will remotely access and monitor selected customer data streams and well identify abnormalities and proposed solutions. GREENVIEW will travel to customer sites and works with facility staff to correct identified problems and introduce new enhancements.

Commissioning – Detailed inspection and performance evaluation of installed equipment, training means and methods, inspection and evaluation of M&V program.

Retro Commissioning – Detailed review of building systems including non compliance reports and management of corrective actions.

Perpetual Commissioning – Installation of remote and onsite data collection and evaluation systems designed to identify subtle system abnormalities, diagnose problems and suggest corrective actions, set and compare benchmark operational parameters.

Energy Engineering

GREENVIEW Field Engineering provides a variety of services that help clients optimize their building's performance by reducing energy expenses. GREENVIEW personnel will conduct preliminary energy audits and identify retrofit opportunities. We will assist facility staff and review operations procedures to determine if the installation of additional monitoring and control points will provide the basis for additional savings

Preliminary Site Evaluations – Documented overview of facility size, use, location, utility consumption, equipment age, operation, control systems, and areas of potential savings. Budgetary installation costs are used to determine order of magnitudes.

Investment Grade Audits – Detailed study of selected measures using spreadsheet calculations, computer simulations, and written contactor implementation quotations
.
Measurement and Verification Plans – Create a detailed plan that will insure compliance with industry standards of practice for quantifying savings.

Project Management – Full time on and off site management of the implementation process including site inspections, daily reports, issue resolutions, milestone inspections, acceptance of work, punch lists, and project acceptance.

Energy Master Planning

Utility Bill Analysis – Review, input, calculate, evaluate, and compare energy use.

Environmental Impact - Identify, evaluate, and sum all on and off site sources of pollution directly and indirectly related to facility operations.

Operations Review – Site visit to observe and interview facility personnel, equipment, processes, control systems, and expansion plans.

On Site Data Acquisition and Evaluation – Sensors are temporarily installed to sample effectiveness of existing temperature, humidity and CO2 controls.

Project Goals – Work with management to clearly define short, mid and longer term conservation goals.

Project Strategy – Selection of an approach that identifies, manages and minimizes financial, operational, and occupant comfort risk.

Tactical Planning – Preparing Scopes of Work, packaging RFPs, evaluating and selecting consultants, equipment suppliers, and contractors.
